Impressing into a job
I’ve heard a few bizarre stories of peoples projects being stumbled upon by BB MD’s and getting offers. I’m well aware this has to be rare. However, for those in the hiring process if you saw a algorithm, model or some sort of project that displays the extensive knowledge from some prospect would you try hard to hire them. Would it really extradite the process for that person?
