Incoming quant at a BB

Hi WSO community,

I was interviewing with a tier-1 BB for a front office quant role, and the recruiter reached out saying they’re going to make me an offer.

They’re likely going to make it for Associate 2 or Associate 3 level, but I want to come in as a VP, as I’d be VP at my current bank next cycle if I stay.

My question to the community - how much should I ask them for in base and target bonus? My understanding is that the comp is more or less standardized everywhere for different levels. Would be really helpful if someone could enlighten how much does an Associate 3 or a VP1 get?

Thanks a ton :)
