Insider Trading questions
I just read this article about Steve Cohen and his alleged involvement in insider trading. If found guilty(which he will more than likely enter a guilty plea) he will have to forfeit his license to manage other peoples money. This got me thinking if there are any countries in the world that do not have insider trading laws. If so which countries? If there are why aren't more people flocking there to trade money? What is stopping Steve Cohen from moving his operation to another country if he does have to close shop?
