Institutional Sales Comp
I've been digging around using Google and the search function here to find comp structure information for BB and Boutique institutional sales, but am not finding much. What does typical comp structure look like in institutional sales at a BB as opposed to a Boutique firm, and how does it compare to other front office roles such as S&T and IB?
