Interest Rate Hedging Analyst?
Hi, I'm currently in the interview process for a Middle Market IR Hedging Firm (i.e. caps/swaps) for my first job out of school. Is this a good/versatile place to start your career? What's the pay like? Where do people go from a firm like that? Any help is appreciated.
