Intern --> FT S&T at BAML
I received an internship offer as a BAML Rotational S&T Intern for Summer 2024 back in February. My salary is $110k pro-rata with a $2000 housing stipend.
I am curious if I can expect a pay increase for FT? Or what I can expect my FT salary to look like given my intern salary.
Any help is appreciated.
