International Baccalaureate UCAS requirement for sales/trading
Hi all,
I am currently doing a placement in FX sales and trading in London, Canary Wharf and have achieved a first (81% and 75% first and second year respectively). However, I completed my International Baccalaureate and only achieved a 30/45. I will soon go back to uni to complete my third year at uni and will start to apply for grad jobs.
My question is, what is the UCAS requirement for banks in sales/trading or research roles when the International Baccalaureate is concerned? I know most banks look at minimum AAA for UK A-levels but what about the Bacc? Will I automatically be filtered out or will my Uni scores and experience be looked at as well?
Any advice will be appreciated!
