Interview question: Where do you see yourself in 5, 10, 15 years?
is it ok to say I see trading as a destination job and would like to stay in trading for a long time?

yes then the interviewers assume you're totally passionnate abt trading etc and expect rebound questions from here..
i was asked that too.. I told them, Team Leader, Department Head and eventually CEO.. I think the MD was impressed. Of course I did say that the reason why i want these positions is so that I can lead and share my skills and experiences, and at the same time saying that staying humble and learning from others be it juniors or seniors..
imo this is the only answer to that question. traders, particularly senior/successful ones, live to trade. if you say that you want to be a trader in order to move on to something else, you're just not going to get the job.
