Hi everyone,
I have an interview with a boutique trading firm later this week that concentrates on the energy/equity markets. Just wondering if its overkill to wear a suit as trading firms are laid back. Still go with a suit or scale down to jacket + tie or shirt +tie? Also any insights into questions / tips for a interview with a trading firm as I have only interviewed with banks so far.

Always wear a suit for the interview, even if they don't wear suits in the office.
