Interviewing for Grain/Fertilizer hedging job, what should i know

Hi all,

i have an interview for a hedging postion, my backgroud is more equity derivatives, but they still want to meet me,

what should i study before the interview? apart from the obvious forwards, futures and other hedging instruments that come to mind, what is absolutely essential?

For Grain I would know what months it trades for starters. Each commodity is different and unlike energy it does not trade every month. Know crop years(new crop/old crop). Make sure you know the approximate basis prices across the US for ag products. Contango/Backwardation. If there is hedging you may be dealing options so know how to calc delta/gamma etc...

I havent heard of a fertilizer hedge there isn't really one.
