Intra-bank etiquette

So I just got a missed call from the MD of sales-prime brokerage in my bank. I know for a fact that this would be a missed call but I'm wondering what the social norm is for returning the missed call and making a shameless play to express interest to move to S&T?

A big no-no? or anything goes?

I called him back. He basically told me to go meet him tomorrow morning!

@Bobb: I had no relationship with him at all prior, he was looking for someone else. I did a little background on the intranet and then the internet to find out that he was MD at Prime Brokerage, Sales. Called him and waiting to see how it goes down tomorrow.
