Jimbo, what do you think about the future of the rates business?To make my question more focused, which IR products are the hottest? Also, how are the bonuses in rates compared to other desks (in particular credit, HY, Emerging Markets, FX options etc) How easy is the transition from rates to something else vs. the opposite?
I am asking this because I have to make a decision. If there's somebody else that can answer please do so, but only informed guys!
