Is Investment Banking more Stressful Than S&T?

Have heard that hours for S&T are less, but more stressful than IBD because you have real P&L if you're a trader and as a salesperson you're always looking for the next transaction. On the other hand for banking, you have unpredictable hours and are given tasks to do at the crack of dawn. What is more stressful in your opinion?

Speaking from experience. Did my SA in trading moved to banking full time. It's just a different type of environment. It's actually a lot like sports. SnT is running a 4x4, and banking is golf. With SnT you are glued tight to the desk. You're manning the post for a majority if not the whole day but it's over at a set time. You generally know how fast you're going to run that day. Banking is golfing: you know you'll be out there for a while and anything can happen. You have to be prepared to hit a lot of shots. One is about endurance and having the ability to have it turned on medium heat 24/7 and the other is about high heat for a set number of hours a day.
