Is it a GOOD THING to be STRAIGHTFORWARD in trading?
I am now interning at a Chinese Trading firm in Shanghai. The relationship, so called Guanxi here in China is really important, and it's sometimes even more important than your owm business. So some people at my work kept telling me that you can't have your own personalities and you have to kiss everyone's ass in the office. And I was wondering how's the realtionship works in the trading firm in US, I thought it's much more like the relationship with your pledge brothers, everyone get each other's back, right?
