Is Programming a must for SnT Division?
Any sharing or tips? I dun know any programming language and even vba:( is it unwise to apply for snt division?

no. for desks that don’t require a lot of programming, do tell them you are super good at it otherwise they wouldn’t see it as a plus but more like unfit for the desk. :)

Learn VBA. Will put you miles ahead of people who don't know it. Tbh there's no reason why you should not pick up VBA and learn it. Its easy.
It will help you transition to Python easily. Python is actually much easier than VBA.
What’s the best way of learning it while working full time and learning your asset class too? Having trouble reconciling learning VBA vs spending time outside work learning the asset class
Do it during the weekend? Just start small. Automating small stuff. Make your own addition function and stuff like that.
