Just accepted an SA offer for BB S&T 2021, and there's a lot of desks & roles out there that seem really interesting.
Would it be too 'extra' to start reaching out now for 20-30 min phone chats and forming those connections? Don't want to give off that "tryhard" image around the floor, but am also very eager to get involved.

Uh not hardo and almost expected out of you I’d say. Just don’t make yourself look bad right out the gate with dumb questions...its an opp to look good and make first impressions
