Joined my firm by recruiter, when I can start looking for a new job again?
I joined my current firm as a quant trader by a recruiter.
Just wondering what is an acceptable timeframe to stay at my current role before looking for new roles? I don't want to burn bridges with my current employer since my boss paid the recruiter
