Joining the Analyst Program at 30+

Hello Monkeys,

I am just curious what your thoughts are for joining the Analyst Program if you are at least 30 years old. Recently I have seen some coworkers moved to FO from BO by joining the analyst program. My thought is if that's the direction or career path they want to move towards to then they should go for it. On the other hand, I heard people on the desk are saying things like "its like having a 23 year-old kid teaching a 30 year-old". I think whoever said this has some sort of insecurity inside that he might be surpassed. Anyways, I am just curious what you all think. Thank you!
