JPM and MS Industrial Placements (S&T)
So I'm applying for internships using the Bristol tracker (Trackr), and I come across the sales and trading industrial placements, which I would be eligible to do. Both JPM and MS offer ones that are under 'Sales and trading - global markets, trading', rather than the 'Middle/Back office' ones, which MS also offers.
My question is: is there anywhere I can find more information about what those 2 programmes are about? Or does anyone have any insight?
I saw a thread about JPM's CADP placement which people said was a middle office gig, so I'm wondering whether what the tracker says is accurate, and how useful those 2 placements are for landing a FO role in S&T.
Thanks.
I've known people to do the MS placement. That one at least is a legit S&T placement. Same as you'd get if you did the internship, except for a whole year, and you probably get to do real work. The outcome at the end is usually a FT offer, unless you really suck.
Don't know about JPM.
Can I ask if you know anything abt the return rate for MS S&T placement intern before?
