Jpm middle office to front office
Hi! I recently got an offer from jp Morgan London for a middle office role (Junior level) in trading. I was wondering what should I do if my long term career goal is moving to front office? Has anyone moved to FO successfully internally or jump to another bank? Thanks in advance!
