Hey guys, I am a recent college graduate with internships in sales & trading. I have an interview for a Junior Trader position coming up, does anyone have any tips for the interview (technical/personality)? Also they are sending me a personality/ reasoning exam in the mail. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have no idea what to expect.
