Just accepted offer -- need general advice

Finally received an offer for a summer analyst position, not front office but still tied to S&T to an extent so I'm pretty excited. Curious if anyone has general advice on housing, attire, or any guidance you wish you had before your nyc internship.

Same advice I give to interns/first years in IB: get crisp white/blue dress shirts, dark pants, black belt w black shoes. Wear suit and tie on first day and adjust if needed from 2nd day onwards.

Communicate clearly and better to overcommunicate what you're doing. Which leads me to my 2nd point that find someone to push for you, which will help if you want to get to FO. Even if you don't want to go to FO, always have a mentor/senior to push for you.
