Late Turn around
I’m still trying to latch on to some later recruiting cycles of capital markets and I’m starting to think this may not work this time round. I have my eyes set on equity research positions at non IB’s (capital group, prudential, ect…). If I don’t grab an internship for junior year how hard is it to turn around with a better resume and get a position as a trader at a BB?
