London-Structuring comp progression

Hi guys,

Can anyone please share any insights into the comp progression of a structurer in London?

There is very little information on structurers comp so it would be great to know.

Bank: BB/MM Asset Class: Eq/Rates/Credit/Commods Position and YOE: An1/Asso2/VP3… Comp: base+bonus
