Looking to do some Energy/Vol trading @buyside (post BB trading analyst program)

Currently a 3rd year analyst with a BB trading vol. Looking to move to the buy-side for better lifestyle+tired of market making.

What are the good NY based HFs out there that do energy trading or Vol trading? How do they recruit? Any good recruiters you guys can recommend?

Thanks a bunch!
