Lost but not found
I started my grad program a little over 5 months ago. I was told that it will be a generalist rotational programme for 1 year. I have worked with a few desks so far and I'm constantly worried about being rotated around as they have not found me a home for me cuz of headcount issues. I am really scared that if I don't find a desk I won't have a full time place at the end of my grad program. Hence I'm starting to look elsewhere but I am so lost. Looking for other jobs when you are working is so exhausting. And it kind of also fucks with your focus at times. Guys please give me some tips to ride through this absolute fuck show
