This is a trading forum, experience is much more heavily weighted and if you don’t put your GPA on your resume and you have BB experience they’ll just assume you must be a top student. They did the same with me. I am 3.0 GPA experience with no GPA on resume but had BB S&T Sophomore year, and then prop trading intern Jr year and got a return offer there and interviews at various other prop shops.

I had 250K NG offer here and the two crypto firms beat the pay I just didn’t want to pigeon hole myself into crypto forever.

I guess you could grind your ass off in IB, go to a target and get a 4.0 and make 225k working 80-100 hour weeks…or be knowledgeable in crypto by reading Twitter and yeeting degen yield farms with a 2.7 gpa and get offered 375k guaranteed to work 50 hour weeks in shorts and a t shirt lol. The firms were one of Wintermute/alameda/jump/dexterity not Celsius, blockfi, Galaxy digital haha
