Macquarie Psychometric Assessment
I have a psychometric assessment due in 48h for Macquarie's commodities SA program. Anyone have any insights? I've read some stuff on here, but nothing incredibly useful.Thanks in advance.

Does US recruiting have to do the psychometric as well?

So nothing to really prep for? I've seen other comments on this sub saying that the results arent taken too seriously.
I have my initial phone screen this week for an FT position, how was that?
I'm only going for SA so it might be different, but the MD/PMs I talked to said it was taken somewhat seriously depending on the desk. I haven't had a phone screen, just some networking calls and a ~1hr call with a campus recruiter, so I couldn't say, but everyone I've spoken to is super genuine and really focuses on fit/general intelligence over all else. Recruiter said interview process is not technical at all.
FYI interviewer told me they don't get to see results, so I assume they just determine wether or not you get interviews.
Is it just some questions to answer, or is it a verbal video questionnaire
