Marex Commodity Trading

Hey All,

Looking for info on Marex, specifically its commodity trading and brokerage businesses,

Anyone works/ed there and wants to share their experiences?

Typical salaries, work environment, culture etc

Thanks in advance

They are more a broking company than a trading company. Looking to list but I’m not sure how you value computers and people. Pretty erratic internal culture from what I understand but they seem to make money

they are not a trading firm they are a broker. not a good place to start a career in commodities. it’s literally an eat what you kill type of business where you make money out of commissions from every transaction you close, so to make money you need to sell, and to sell you need a network of clients that nobody will give you. successful brokers normally join with a network of existing clients
