Masters needed for ag graduate?
Currently just finishing an ag degree here, should end up with first class honours. My aim would be to get in to get into one of the big grain traders under a graduate program. I'd have a good understanding of grain market fundamentals but would a masters be beneficial to do as my cv is fairly bare (mainly farmwork and setting up/running own business) or would this be looked on positively that I would have a good idea of whats going on at farm level? Im based in Ireland so would be targeting a job in uk/rotterdam, any advice appreciated.
