Metals Trading Graduate Programs

Hey everyone,

I’m a senior from a B1G school and i’m very interested in the commodity trading world. I’ve applied to some ag programs (ADM & Cargill) and energy programs (Shell and BP), however, i’m wondering if any metals trading firms have any graduate / rotational programs like the firms mentioned above? I missed the boat on the Glencore metals rotational program in NYC, so i’m wondering if any other metals trading firms have openings? Does Gerald Group or IXM do rotational programs? Will Trafi have a rotational program for metals (i don’t believe they have posted 2025 stuff yet but could be wrong)? What about the large miners like Rio Tinto?

Any insights appreciated.
