MM boutique or Fixed Income Trading role?
Currently stuck deciding between the 2 for a SA role. Trading role is at one of the market leaders, and from everything I heard it’s kind of a grind to learn and get the best mentorship. Return offer is also pretty competitive from what I’ve heard. The ib role is at one of the firm’s strongest teams and I’m thinking keeps more doors open down the line for PE, corp dec, etc.
