My guess is that this is a really small program, but is there anyone here that has gone through the interview process? I'm guessing it will be 3-4 interviews back-to-back and I'm wondering how much focus will be on technicals and how much will be focused on "fit" and "why xyz?" types of questions.
I know the best thing for me to do is prepare for everything and hope I'm over-prepared (which I will do), but it helps to know what will be required of me. If an interview shifts to talking about financial news and I can share some insight on the markets beyond what they expect, I'm sure that would help greatly. If it's already required, it becomes a matter of not making a fool of yourself.
