Morgan Stanley Quant Finance Program FT

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has heard back from MS regarding the quant finance program that hires into associate level? The one specifically for masters students, not the undergrad or PhD one. I took the exam a couple weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. Does anyone have insight on the timeline or the process in general? Are these seats compensated in line with S&T?

I figured posting here is most appropriate because these are desk strat roles.

Thanks!

From ppl I know who have gone through this process, quant finance program no longer guarantees front office strat positions, some ppl will get placed into middle office teams based on business needs. FO quants do not get paid at the same rate as traders, year end bonus is between 50-70% for most of years while traders can get up to 100% or more. The best place to post quant related topics is quantnet.com
