Natural Gas/Oil Trading Locations
In the natural gas market what is the difference between hub prices, border prices, and city gate prices? How does price get traded at these points? I know the CME has a several futures contracts that trade at the city gate prices.
Does oil in the US have any major storage hubs where it is traded? We all know about Cushing,O.K. but are there any other major repositories where oil gets traded?
Google what is a natural gas transportation and what is basis trading. These are way too basic of questions.
Physical markets do not trade on CME, they trade on the ice exchange based out of Atlanta.
