Networking at Other Banks

A recruiter from a BB reached out to me about their S&T FT analyst program.  This person reached out because I interviewed for their SA program, made it to the final round but was ultimately rejected.  I have already signed a contract with a different company and am very happy with the product and team.

The recruiter who reached out works for a BB with a better reputation.  While I would not consider reneging on my current offer, it's always good to know others in the industry in the event I want to lateral.  What do I say too this recruiter if anything?  I imagine there is some overlap between the two teams and I don't want to seem sketchy.

Not sure what to say. Could be good to express gratitude but nicely state that you are signed

to another firm (May be safest to not specify or at least remain vague). Feel it’s not likely the recruiter takes into account your situation besides your recent interest.
