New York Traders – Compensation Structure

I need to develop a top-notch NY trader compensation plan. If you have any sample agreements/contracts that you could share with me, I would greatly appreciate it. They would include provisions for: a. base salary; b. cumulation of commission at various percentages; c. reposing of commissions in an aggregated contractor account with provisions allowing contractor/trader access/drawdown rights based on a vesting schedule

Please email me any thoughts or samples at [email protected]. Thank you very much in advance for your response. (and I will also start recruiting soon for 10 trader spots at an incredible financial research firm downtown, so feel free to get in touch as well if you wish to be considered)

Best regards, Andreea Boier-Jennings
