I attended an AC like one week ago and didn't hear back from them. We were around 15 people and as far as I know, 4 people have been called to get an offer but not the same day (2 the following day, one 48hrs later and the last one 72hrs later).
I have not received any rejection email or call yet, but again, as far as I know, no one's received a rejection...
Usually if they really didn't like you, do they call/email you straight away or do they wait for people they liked to confirm they want to join?
Depends on the place...Don't expect an email/call even if you are on top of the waitlist. Send HR and email politely asking for an update and that you are still very interested in the position.
OK I see. I will wait till tomorrow early afternoon then I email. If I am on a waiting-list then there is no hope... Nobody will turn down an offer from this bank...
