No summers

Hey guys

I am currently in my penultimate year of uni and have no summer internships but do have relevant experience and also very involved with my university trading society. I was wondering on some advice you might have about applying for grad schemes and off cycles with no summer internships. Is it bad I didn't do anything in the summer work related but I am looking to develop skills and take courses. I have had previous client facing roles which should be good for a sales internship and have some experience in my uni trading society.

Apply for as many internships as you can now and leverage your network of alumni and professors at your school. Just try to get any experience. Also maybe delay your graduation as it can give you more time to recruit.
