Nomura vs Citi FT S&T

Hey WSO
Received an offer for FT S&T at both Citi and Nomura. I've read pretty much everything there is to be said about the two firms on WSO but I was hoping people would have opinions on which is a better place to start a career (still a senior) and which in general is just a better place to work.

My priorities are:
1)Want to go to work and be happy
2)Growth and advancement potential
3)All the cliches about intellectually stimulating
I'm not too concerned about $ because if I do well at either I'll make enough of it

Any comments, opinions, thoughts, concerns would be great. Thanks.

nomura is a joke citi is a bb bank. the latter has name recognition that, if you perform well there, will get you anywhere. nomura's name will probably just get you an interview at citi in the future.
