It probably says something to the effect of "At-will employment... Subject to background check and screening"
Unless you specifically lied to them about the insane coursework you were managing this semester, or somehow this seriously threw off your graduation date and they were extremely outspoken about the importance of your graduation date, they probably would not like to spend the time and resources to locate a new candidate. However, if you indefensibly lied about your GPA, class ranking, major etc you may have an issue.
