Options Traders? Greeks etc

So just going to mention that I'm looking for mentorship. But I've been trading equity options for a litttle while now (years, but committed seriously for about a year tracking deals in a spreadsheet and reflecting). This is occuring in my personal account where I sell typically 3-week forward puts and calls. Been working the put side mainly because I'm somewhat comfortable getting assigned shares, waiting it out/ selling covered calls. Also have this idea going where I size down and split a position between a few different strikes starting about ~16delta (1SD OTM and go down from there, 13 maybe 10 delta, so 3 strikes, weighted towards the 10delta to lower breakeven in the event of assignment somewhere just outside 1SD). I get it, I'm talking greek, but I'm hoping to reach someone who trades professionally that might be willing to coach up a younger fellow who's committed to getting this right. Willing to listen & learn, and share what I've put together so far, hopefully provide some value to you as well. FWIW my background: Working in commodities for 5 years in a risk function, 3.5+ gpa from James Madison University (non-target, I get it, but also holds the FRM charter? so pretty committed). Hope you'll take a chance on me and we can bounce ideas around. Thanks,
