Optiver

Hi everyone,

I just passed the tests for Optiver (Europe) and got called back for a first round interview. Reading Glassdoor and some topic on the forum, I assume the interview will essentially be on fit.

Does anyone know what are the differences between Optiver and the other prop firms (IMC, Flow Traders). Looking at the website, they describe themselves as market makers, is the activity essentially market making or prop trading? If anyone has an experience within the firm, I would be very thankfull if he can share his experience. If you know where to find any information related to the firm, I would be very happy to have it.

Thank you very much
