Overnight News - Need Help

Hi all, desperately need your help. Working 16/18 hour days in S&T for my SA and need to make my overnight news process i) more streamlined and ii) better. Key thing for me to send out is overnight news every morning by 7am ish.

What should I be covering? Current way I structure it is:

Equities

(Discuss SPX, NDX, UKX, DAX Up/Down) - daily IPOs - really lacking here so need more information on what to cover. What is useful to someone in equities? what's useful to a salestrader from an equities perspective? etc Should I be covering equity flows? What am I even looking for?

Ficc

Commods -> p much discuss bank view on wti/brent prices and relevant opec news. I know I'm missing out a lot here. What should I be covering?

Fx -> I literally have no idea what I should be covering here; major currency pairs? EURUSD, GBPUSD, EURGBP?

Rates -> Cover latest Fed news? major meetings i.e RBA tomorrow? What else? Yield changes on 10Ys? 20Ys? I have no fucking idea and no one at my bank will tell me

Credit -> Just discuss bank forecasts here, not sure what else to include..

General

P much major world news I pull from FT etc.

If anyone could help would be much appreciated as I'm currently working approx 6 am to midnight and need to streamline as current unable to balance actual work with workstreams like this
