PE Intern > Sales and Trading Which Desks are Best?

Which S&T desks are strong/growing at your bank?

Interning in PE this summer but want to work in trading, interviewing for a trading summer analyst at a BB (NYC) next week. Thanks!

You're thinking about this wrong. If you're recruiting for s&t, presumably you have a genuine interest in the markets. So what market excites you the most? Do you like company analysis? Are you interested in geopolitics? Are you looking for something more math-y? More of a flow desk? Figure out what you want to do, then recruit for that.
