Phillips 66 TDP

I am currently trying to go into physical commodities trading. Seen a lot on here about the majors’ TDPs such as BP and Shell, and both of these companies seem to have a great reputation. P66 has a TDP called KATALYST and from what I’ve heard it seems to be pretty good. I am thinking of applying to BP/Shell/P66, and I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on P66 since most references to TDPs at majors pertain to Shell and BP
