Want to pivot and take advantage of the infrastructure wave but not sure what desks in Toronto are the biggest players in this space. Does anyone have any colour into this?

Most of the smaller niche shops will want just pure traders. Polar / Brookfield would pay you closer to what you make. RBC has a very strong desk too historically.
Beyond that you would need an Algonquin or Northland style place to bring you into a senoir BD /manager style role.
