since when did schedulers begin receiving proper bonuses? i thought it was like 10% of salary on avg
I’ve haven’t met a scheduler who only gets a 10% bonus these days. Standard I’d say is 30%.
My company is unique in that we get a guaranteed 20% from the company, a percentage from how our business unit performs, then a percentage for ‘personal performance’.
