Profiting from Muni Bubble

I've become convinced that the municipal bond market is in a huge bubble that will burst in the near future. The most obvious way to profit off of this to me is to short Muni ETF's. My current broker, though, won't let me do that. Does anybody know any that will?

Also, can anybody come up with any other ways to profit off a muni bubble (for a retail trader with about 10k)?
