Can anyone shed some light on the more prestigious prop desks by firm. Obviously the normal BB's will be included, but I was just wondering if insiders regarded some better than others.
Also, any thoughts on Analyst/Associate Base/Bonus there? Thanks.

Credit Suisse prop desk is pretty dang good. They have recently poached some very talented people from other BB firms as well...
Goldman commodities prop desk is very good. Also, JP Morgan's rates and exotic derivatives desks are doing very well.
How about BarCap or RBC Capital Markets prop desks?
